1. New Bank Account Information

To streamline our financial processes, we are consolidating our banking accounts under the name Mill Rock Packaging Inc, with BMO Bank N.A., effective January 1, 2024. Available at the link below are the details needed to update your records including:

  • Account Holder and Reference Name

Kindly ensure all transactions beginning 1/1/2024 are directed to these new accounts. To accommodate varying transition timeframes, our legacy bank accounts will remain operational through Q1 2024. Please notify your sales or service representative if you anticipate any challenges with a 1/1/2024 change date.



2. Tax Filing Forms

Available at the links below are the necessary tax filing forms related to our brand name change. Starting January 1, 2024, all W9 forms will reflect the following:

  • Line 1: Mill Rock Packaging Inc
  • Address: 800 SW 27th Street, Renton, Washington 98057
  • EIN: 91-1641589
  • Line 2: Legacy Company Name
New Customers

While our bill-to address has shifted to Renton, please note that our manufacturing locations and shipping addresses remain unchanged. It is crucial to use these updated forms for all financial reporting beginning January 1, 2024.

We understand adjustments may be required for PO’s issued under our legacy names, EINs, and accounts with invoicing sent after 1/1/24 under Mill Rock Packaging Inc. We are available to work through these as needed to ease the transition process.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - Our business name is changing to Mill Rock Packaging

Beginning January 1, 2024, all partners within our network will begin operating as one integrated company — Mill Rock Packaging. This includes:

  • All Packaging Company (Aurora, CO & Salt Lake City, UT)
  • Impressions (St. Paul, MN & Hutchinson, MN)
  • Keystone Paper & Box (Windsor, CT)
  • Trojan Litho Corporation (Renton, WA)

This change marks a significant milestone in our company’s journey. By transitioning to Mill Rock Packaging, we are bringing together our entire network of partners, enhancing our scale, and unifying our capabilities and services under one unified brand.

This transition will simplify and streamline interactions with our organization, making it easier to do business with us. Our commitment to providing exceptional products and services remains unwavering.

Some improvements will include:

  • Single points of contact (sales, procurement, customer service), regardless of manufacturing location
  • World-class structural design services
  • Streamlined and integrated order-to-cash processes (i.e. single P.O., single invoice, single payment processing location)
